Xbox Live and the YouTube for Video Games

Microsoft have announced plans to release a stripped down consumer version of their Xbox 360 development tools, hoping to spawn the emergence of a massive network of homemade game content - the "YouTube for Video Games". Looks like they're gonna pwn christmas this year, while Sony continues to struggle in the turmoil of natural selection.
