Floe Web Framework

Floe is an open-source PHP web framework, based on 5+ years of development and testing on various NZ web projects. I started working on this in the era before Rails and Django rose to dominance, when popular PHP packages like Symfony were not available, and the status quo for web frameworks was overcomplicated, bloated, and repetitive pain. My experience with many other frameworks and approaches has slowly and subtly found its way into the design of Floe, which reflects a very particular style of object oriented design.
