Common Websense

Rowan Simpson has posted a summary of the Trade Me Manifesto, which in turn, was influenced by Google's Corporate Philosophy. Much of it should be plain common sense, except for the fact that so many businesses make the same scalability and customer service mistakes over and over and over again. I particularly agree with "We Can't Hide". If only more large companies understood this. But maybe this just highlights the unique advantage that smaller companies have?
